Every Thursday evening at Giulia, the art of fresh mozzarella comes to life. Mozzarella a Mano—meaning “mozzarella by hand”—is a unique experience where our culinary team stretches silky, smoked mozzarella tableside just for you. Served warm and impossibly fresh, it’s paired with housemade focaccia and a rotating selection of seasonal accompaniments.

This October, Giulia celebrates mozzarella like never before with a month-long chef showdown. Each week, one of our talented chefs has crafted a signature mozzarella dish highlighting seasonal flavors and accompaniments—pulled tableside by our Giulia team for you to enjoy at its freshest. At the end of the month, the mozzarella creation that proves to be the most popular with guests may earn a spot on our menu.
